IPL 2012 Teams

Nine Teams are participating in IPL 2012 Season 5 scheduled to be starts from 4th april and lasts till 27th may 2012 in various cities across India.

Team Composition: All teams in IPL season 5 must have at least 4 players from their respective Catchment Areas and four Under-22 players.

The players from Catchment Areas could be an iconic player, a Ranji player or an U-22 player.

Each team can buy a maximum of 8 overseas players but out of them only 4 players would be able in playing XI players list.
